Personal Touch House Cleaning and Carpet Care, Inc. is owned and operated by Dorena Mobley Lemus.  Dorena started her business in 1989.  In 1991 Personal Touch was incorporated and has continued to grow.

Dorena chose the name Personal Touch House Cleaning and Carpet Care because, "I felt this was the kind of service I was offering my customers… a Personal Touch".

The business is built on her reputation of being reliable and doing whatever it takes to make her customers happy.

Personal Touch House Cleaning and Carpet Care, Inc. has a customer base of over 600 homes and businesses in Metro Atlanta and the surrounding area.

Presently, Personal Touch House Cleaning and Carpet Care, Inc. has 24 employees who continue to provide the "personal touch" that Dorena has based her reputation on.  Dorena, herself is a very dedicated and "hands on" owner.  To ensure the quality of service she has strived for since 1989, it is not unusual to find her cleaning customers homes and businesses.

Dorena Lemus, owner and operator of Personal Touch House Cleaning, bought Phoenix Carpet in 2006 from Bruce and Joanna Deloatch. Dorena has been in business 19 years and the Deloatchs had owned Phoenix Carpet for 10 years.

Personal Touch House Cleaning and Carpet Care has two fully equiped carpet vans. The method of cleaning is truck-mounted, hot water extraction for the best results.
