Rugs need to be brought back to the office in order to be cleaned. This delicate process can take several days to dry.

We take great pride in being able to provide this service. Full-immersion rug washing is the best way to remove the soils and contaminants that damage a fine rug and diminish its value. . Every rug is carefully inspected, it's fiber-type identified and tested for color-fastness. Dry soils are removed, and the rug is immersed in a shampoo solution specifically formulated for that type of rug. Carefully we hand wash the rug, until all soils are released. Then the rug is rinsed and re-rinsed until all cleaning agents and soils are gone.
